We’re excited to welcome you back to the London Shopify Tech Partners Meetup at Judge.me HQ in Old Street on August the 1st. In collaboration with TranslateCI, we’ll be hosting an evening of talks, drinks and networking – and it’s all completely free.

We are delighted to announce that this month, we’ll hear from our first woman speaker: the incredible Emili Maciel Horncastle of Zapiet, the  delivery, pickup, and shipping scheduling app for Shopify.
Emili is Zapiet’s Lead Designer and Head of Marketing, and a true cosmopolitan who used to say that her office is where she has ‘good internet and great coffee’.

She also says that if she could be any character from a book or movie, she’d want to be Rupert Bear, famous for his magical adventures to faraway lands.

Emili will be covering a range of topics for us this month, including

• The Power of Branding: Building a Brand You Love to Work With on the App Store
• Identifying and Creating Meaningful Partnerships: The Miracle of Creating the Right API

🎤 About the speaker

Emili began life at Zapiet as a freelancer, and worked her way up to the position of Lead Designer and Head of Marketing. She makes sure that Zapiet’s designs, branding and marketing are always on point, whatever is going on around them. She also played a key role in scaling the Zapiet team during the pandemic – something she describes as her proudest professional moment.
