The London Shopify Tech Partners Meetup returns to Judge.me HQ in Old Street this May 30th. In collaboration with TranslateCI, we’ll be hosting an evening of talks, drinks and networking – and it’s all completely free.
This month, we’ll hear from Jobrack.eu’s master-connecter Noel Andrews, who’ll be taking a much-deserved break from helping businesses find actually-awesome team members from Eastern Europe to give us 5 Actionable Ways to Build a Great Remote Team Culture.
He’ll cover what team culture is (and why you have one even if you don’t mean to); the single most important thing that business owners can do to improve culture; and the secret to growing a successful business.
And we’ll also be hearing from the great Ed Laver, a full stack developer and e-commerce pioneer in his native New Zealand. He’ll be discussing Gadget, the Easiest Way to Build a Shopify App.
He’ll talk through what Gadget is; what he’s learned migrating and existing app over to it; and why, though some people love it, it might not be for everyone.
If you have any questions you’d love to ask please feel free to send them in before by heading here

🎤 About the speakers
Noel Andrews
Noel is all about connecting people. Professionally, he runs JobRack.eu, where he helps business owners hire actually-awesome team members from Eastern Europe. Personally, he loves arranging gatherings, parties, dinners and events, and having great conversations with great people.

Ed Laver
Ed is a full stack developer who’s been involved with the web since the addition of the ‘img’ tag. The first commercial website he built, for Canterbury of NZ, was one of the earliest e-commerce sites in New Zealand. Ed has lived in the UK for over 16 years but still hasn't lost his Kiwi accent. When he's not making Shopify apps, he enjoys spending time with his kids and the odd bit of sailing.
